How we process your order
After we have received your order we send you an email acknowledgement within 24hrs. We then send you acceptance of your order as soon our agent have reviewed your requirements and we have received the payments. Our agent may ring you if we need more information to process your requirements. Usually we confirm order acceptance within 60hrs, however this may take longer subject to complexity of your requirements and planning restrictions/policies in your area which our agent will explain to you on phone or email.
After we have accepted your order we will send you an email confirmation with survey appointment dates available in your area.
Post the date of survey we take 7-10working days to produce plans. We will send you plans for your approval and as soon we have received your confirmation we will submit to the authority.
We then send you application reference number. You need to make payment to local authority by quoting the reference number we sent to you. Once the payment is received by the authority it takes usually 1-2weeks for validation of your application.
Our agent will continue monitoring your application throughout the process until a decision is reached.
9 out of 10 applications gets approval in one go, which then our agent will communicate to you with next steps. At this point our service (depending upon what product you have purchased) is finished.
Sometimes we may have to withdraw and resubmit your application which our agent will communicate to you. Relax most of our products for householders are No Win No Fee and are Price Promised Guaranteed. We won’t charge you more for any amendments requested by the authority.
How we deliver your order
All our products are made to order.
We deliver your order in the form of drawings and documents to your email address.
These drawings and documents are produced by our in-house architectural designers using various computer drafting programs and applications. All our drawings are checked by senior architectural manager before delivering to you.
We send you electronic copy of the drawings in PDF format only. We can send you printed copies on A4 size upon request. We charge 50p per drawings/page + handling and postage cost.
